Equatorial Guinea Supports ACP Group’s Growth and Development Efforts through Donation

The Republic of Equatorial Guinea has donated $500,000 Euros to the African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) Group to support its growth and development efforts.

Equatorial Guinea works closely with the ACP, namely to achieve sustainable development and reduce poverty levels on the African continent. Equatorial Guinea promised to continue supporting the good work of the Group.

Equatorial Guinea will host the ACP Office for South-South and Triangular Cooperation in Malabo, the country’s capital, next year.

The Equatorial Guinean Ambassador to Belgium, Nvono-Ncá, met with the ACP General Secretary, Patrick I. Gomes, to discuss their continued efforts in partnership. The two agreed to hold bilateral Equatorial Guinea-ACP meetings later in the month to discuss joint work regarding the office in Malabo.
