Equatorial Guinea Strengthens Relations with Latin America

The Republic of Equatorial Guinea strengthened relations with Latin America during a meeting in Caracas, Venezuela between the country’s Ambassador and members of the African Latin-American Integration Chamber (ALAIC).

The meeting focused on educational projects, as well as cultural, financial, social, and investment opportunities between the two parties.

The ALAIC expressed interest in investing in Equatorial Guinea and invited government representatives to attend the upcoming Expo in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.


Equatorial Guinea has close relations with Latin American countries, and hosted the III Africa-South America Summit in Malabo.
