Equatorial Guinea Places in Language and Talent Contest, Highlights Strong Relations with China

The Republic of Equatorial Guinea students placed third in the Language and Talent Contest, an event representative of the strong relations between Equatorial Guinea and the People’s Republic of China.

Equatorial Guinea students presented in Chinese their experience acquired during second language acquisition as well as a short discourse on Chinese culture. 

The Republic of Equatorial Guinea Ambassador to China, Germán Ekua Sima Abaga, presented the prizes to the contestants.

Other competitors included students from Kenya, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Togo, and Senegal.

African and Chinese diplomats and high-level officials attended the Contest, as well as representatives from the universities of Ligong Daxue and Jiaotong Daxue.

The Contest, organized by China Road, was held at the University of Science and Technology in Changsha.
