The Republic of Equatorial Guinea, through its Minister for
Justice, Worship, and Penitentiary Institutions, Salvador Ondo Nkum,
strengthened bilateral ties in regards to judicial cooperation with Morocco.
The cooperation will include the training of judges,
magistrates, and court secretaries, as well as exchange of information regarding
technical judicial matters.
Equatorial Guinea also discussed a possible future visit by
Equatoguinean officials to Morocco to further strengthen bilateral ties between
the two countries.
Equatorial Guinea and Morocco enjoys strong ties. The two
countries are both members of the Peace and Security Council of the African
Union (AU), and Equatorial Guinea received strong support from Morocco for its
nomination for the United Nations (UN) Security Council.
